“There are some things you can’t understand yet. Your life will be a great and continuous unfolding.”

Psychotherapy

Trust and safety are the foundation of any meaningful therapeutic relationship. Research shows a strong link between trauma and the development of maladaptive coping strategies, particularly around substance use. As we begin to explore these connections, it’s crucial to do so within a supportive, non-judgmental space. Through a trauma-informed lens, our work together will help you navigate the complex experiences that may have led to a sense of disconnection from the life you want—and move toward healing and growth.

My approach integrates principles from attachment theory, feminist theory, narrative therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), creating a tailored, compassionate path forward.
